Persistent Barcodes Visualization

Upload/Load Dataset
Upload Functional Connectivity Network (FCN) Adjacency Matrix file (.txt, .tsv, or .csv format). Alternatively, click the Load Example Dataset button to load a 113 x 113 FCN data sample.
Select Barcodes Dimension
Select the persistent barcodes dimension by clicking the Visualize 2-dim barcodes, Visualize 1-dim barcodes, or Visualize 0-dim barcodes button.
Barcodes
Each set of barcodes is represented as horizontal bars. Each bar corresponds to a topological feature in your data, and its length represents the range of thresholds over which that feature persists. To explore a specific barcode, simply click on it. This will display two network visualizations on the bottom. The first network is constructed using the starting threshold of the selected bar, while the second network uses the ending threshold. The purple color nodes (X) represent brain regions from the left hemisphere, while the green color nodes (Y) represent regions from the right hemisphere. You can hover over any node to see its actual label within the brain.
Zoom and Drag Views
Optionally, you can zoom and drag the barcodes view to adjust the width of the bars. You can also zoom in and out on the networks using the mouse scroll wheel.
Range Slider
Use the range slider to manually select start and end thresholds for the networks.
